Are you a teacher that's so tired and drained from teaching and life in general that you can't get into the holiday spirit? Teaching during the holidays is its own kind of exhausting. The most wonderful time of the year can be especially stressful for teachers when you're also dealing with emotions and stress that many people deal with this time of year. As we end season three of the Next Chapter for Teachers Podcast, let's recognize that as teachers, we're also people try to navigate life while giving our time and energy to helping kids learn and become the people they are meant to be. Remember that you are a person outside of the classroom and deserve to have a life that brings you fulfillment, happiness, and peace.
